University of Basrah Participates in the Specialized Ministerial Training of Trainers (TOT) Program.
Dr. Hisham Lateef Sawadi, Director of the Information Technology and Communications Center, is currently attending a specialized ministerial Training of Trainers (TOT) course for the 'Iq Learn' Smart Learning Platform. Held at Al-Maaqal University from May 3rd to 6th, 2026, this program reflects the Ministry's ongoing commitment to advancing leadership and technical expertise across Iraqi universities."
