Under the patronage of the President of the University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Muhannad Jawad, and with the support of the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, Prof. Dr. Abdul-Hussein Tawfiq, and under the supervision of the Director of the Registration and Student Affairs Department, Prof. Dr. Shukri Shaker Faleh, the College of Administration and Economics, in cooperation with the Academics Association and the Martyrs Foundation in Basrah Governorate, is holding a celebration entitled:
