College of Science at University of Basrah is preparing to organize a lecture on nuclear techniques in medical applications.

Under the patronage of the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Sciences, Assistant Professor Dr. Mowaffaq Fadel Al-Shahwan, and under the coordination of the Head of the Pathological Analysis Department, Prof. Dr. Awatef Hamid Issa, the respected, the Department of Pathological Analysis holds a scientific lecture online on “Nuclear Techniques in Medical Applications, their Positives and Negative Effects.” Implications for Public Health” directed by Dr. Maitham Abdullah Ali Al-Tardi in the Department of Physics at the College of Science at the University of Basra, Ph.D. in Radiation Physics from the Materials Engineering Research Institute, Sheffield Helm University, United Kingdom, Britain.
